In the hard time like nowadays, so many people do not have their opportunity to have their right. The lacking of getting theirs own right includes the right of having a proper education. It may cause by the economic problems that is faced by their family. It is already considered to be a hard time just to have the enough money for the daily needs, such as meal, house, and clothes, so that they do not have the time to think about the other need or right of the family members, such as education and even vacation. Some people are eager to have the education that they like and want, but they have no opportunity to get it. For example, there are some people who want to have the tourism education, but there is no money to pay for the tuition. However, nowadays, the tourism training is not that hard to get.
